Shipping and Returns:
Once we process your order, please allow 3-5 additional business days (not including weekends or holidays) for your goodies to arrive to domestic customers and 7-14 days for international order. Shipping times may vary depending on your location. Please be aware there may delays beyond our control especially due to shipping carriers workloads. We are here to work with you every step of the way should you run into any barriers in reaching the carriers for updates.
Incorrect address provided by customer
Please triple check the mailing address your provide for our team to generate a shipping label is correct PRIOR to finalizing your order. The customers may be responsible for additional shipping costs associated with an additional shipment. If you realize you provided the incorrect address, please contact our team immediately.
Contact must be made with our support team prior to a shipping label being generated. Nada Skincare is not responsible for packages lost or delivered incorrectly due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by a customer. Refunds are not issued due to incorrect address information provided.
Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.
International Shipping: We offer international shipping, but customs and import duties may apply. Check with your local customs office for details.
Lost or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 10 days to report the issue.
